Processing Times

Orders ready to ship are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

 

"Made to order"
Unlike mass-produced goods, every "House for fairy" piece is lovingly handcrafted specifically for your order. Because we dedicate time to ensure every detail is perfect, please allow approximately 5-10 business days (about 1-2 week) for production before your order is shipped. We believe true craftsmanship cannot be rushed, and we promise it will be worth the wait!

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped with tracking. However, please note that tracking for some international destinations may be limited.
