5.2. Handmade goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
I pack my products very carefully so that they reach the buyer safe and sound.
If you have any questions about the product, please clarify everything BEFORE purchasing.
5.3. Please keep in mind that all my products are handmade and as such small imperfections, differences in size or shape, etc, are part of their charm. This is what actually distinguishes products made by hand from those made by machines. Therefore, small imperfections should not be seen as fault, as they will never affect the aesthetic and beauty of the product on the whole.
Handcrafted items with natural variations are not considered defective for return purposes.
